This week I talked to JASON BRODY, the leader of the Awakening Seminars in Southern California. Jason holds a Master's Degree in Psychology and has over 35 years international experience facilitating personal transformation.

His powerful 3-day intensive called Awakening, promises to wake you up, get you in touch with what's really important and more than that, to give you the direct experience of your own aliveness. I'll ask Jason why we feel disconnected and uncomfortable with our own lives and what awakening means for us all. I'll also be joined by one of the students of the course, Susan Tusson McNeil to talk about her experience of the Awakening Seminar intensive weekend.
