When you come, here's what we'll do
- We are going to check out, set aside time from our busy lives and disconnect our blackberries
- We'll enjoy life totally: eat, relax, hit the pool, beach, spa, massage tables, etc!
- We are going to be with each other - but it's also OK to chill in your own private space
- We will let go of all our cares and concerns (the technical term is 'flopping')
- We will invite in fresh ideas, and take time to feel really, really, good
- We will meet in supportive facilitated 'circles' - you have a chance to go deeper, have some new insights about your life and take home more than a tan

My job: take care of details and facilitate a beautiful environment for some new thoughts to arise in you
RELAX Plenty of time for that on rooftop deck by the ocean, by the infinity pool, or in the deluxe spa nearby
REFLECT We will also sit together for a few hours each day for the express purpose of going a little deeper into our individual inner wisdom. We'll examine how we create our own experience of life, and we'll touch upon some simple but profound truths about our innate well-being, natural resiliency and our in-born capacity to be OK no matter what is going on. I facilitate. Our times will vary depending on the groups needs and requests.
REFRESH You'll come back having had a vacation for the mind as well as the body, and you'll have a greater awareness that you can use in your everyday life going forward.
RENEW When we are not reflecting together, we'll just simply have fun, enjoy life, the ocean and the spa, get quiet, or be and do whatever each of us longs most to be or do.

Itinerary: Leave Friday at noon from San Diego (I drive, you chill); Back Sunday afternoon/evening.
Price: $995 per person includes travel from San Diego, two nights accommodation and all the workshop sessions
Does not include your food.
Need: Must have and bring a passport
Other: Massage and spa treatments - please book directly with Las Rocas (not included, link below)
Availability: from 2-4 guests (roomshares possible)

Just a little reminder, the weekend fee includes your workshop time with me, all travel from San Diego and your accommodations, but not food. My normal retreat fees are $1500.00 for full room and board.
