Marianne Williamson narrates her most quoted passage
Move past your own fear
Marianne reads from A Return To Love.
"...it is our light that most frightens us. We ask ourselves 'who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' But actually, who are you not to be?" Hear from Marianne in her own words.

Robert Holden on... The Keys to Happiness
Happiness is not something that we find in life, it's something you bring to life. I love the freedom of this! No one can stop you experiencing love in your life right now, is what it means to me. In these shows below Robert Holden and I talk about happiness and how to choose rather than search for it.

This Maya Angelou poem has popped in and out of my life many times over the years.
I found myself thinking of it again, and so I reprint it here for your enjoyment.
Don't stand on your "Grave of dreams" ... don't be content to dream of freedom.
Reach out and live. You have the freedom to be everything you are.
Do it now.

I Know Why The Caged Bird Sings
by Maya Angelou
A free bird leaps on the back of the wind
and floats downstream till the current ends
and dips his wing in the orange suns rays
and dares to claim the sky.
But a bird that stalks down his narrow cage
can seldom see through his bars of rage
his wings are clipped and his feet are
tied so he opens his throat to sing.
The caged bird sings with a fearful trill
of things unknown but longed for still
and his tune is heard on the distant hill
for the caged bird sings of freedom.
The free bird thinks of another breeze
and the trade winds soft through the
sighing trees and the fat worms
waiting on a dawn-bright lawn and
he names the sky his own.
But a caged bird stands on the
grave of dreams his shadow shouts
on a nightmare scream
his wings are clipped and his feet are
tied so he opens his throat to sing.
The caged bird sings with a fearful trill
of things unknown but longed for still
and his tune is heard on the distant hill
for the caged bird sings of freedom.
