Jumpstart to the next level - Here's How

Well, I think there is enough on this site to keep you busy for 10 years
... but maybe you'd like it not to take that long!

To take it up a notch you might want to work directly with me or join one of my groups.

ProjectDream Team  - a little less talk and a little more action

Picture
I am talking to interested members for the next ProjectDream Team.
We convert  pipe dreams to living things and laugh in the face of the challenges that brings.
  • 6 people in a group.
  • One year in action creating what you want, having help, enjoying getting it - then celebrating:
  • Your business launch, that book you are writing, opening that guest house, creating that exhibition - whatever it is you say you really, really want.

And if you prefer to keep daydreaming, wishing and hoping, this is not the group for you.

it's OK if you can't yet see the business plan. It's alright if everyone has told you to forget it.  You don't need belief, or positivity or anything like that.  You don't even have to feel great all the time about it. But you need something that you want badly enough, to want to show up for it and for yourself. You'll need a dose of being willing to walk, trip, get up again, fly and then get what you came for.  You are gonna learn. And you are gonna love the whole darn process like nothing you've done before.  Because you will be in good hands and in good company.

And I'm dead serious about you getting what you want.

Not only will you have my coaching support 1000%, but all my corporate project management and strategy skills, plus some guest expert marketers and planners as we will move mountains w/ action days, fun, support, master camaraderie. We'll use our 'how tos' and our 'why nots?' and we'll lose our 'yeahbuts' and our 'howzits' (howzit gonna happen?)  It doesn't matter what your project: book, business, your first exhibit, create a charity or a great relationship - but you must have a specific dream project and be committed to go from pipe dream to real thing. Don't be surprised if I ask you to bequeath ALL your excuses to the dustbin.

We start as soon the group is full and I have six motivated and committed former-daydreamers.  We'll work together for one year (once we've had an initial chat to make sure you and the group are a good fit).  If you are not, I won't let you waste your money. If you are in, and you commit, you'll have your dream.

Lots of dreams are about to explode into this world.  One of yours, I hope.  Write me now at  elese.coit@earthlink.net or fill in the form below and tell me about your dream.

Write me.  I'll call you.  We'll talk.   It helps.

Individual, private, transformative coaching

We all want to change some things.  If you want to know how to change things that seem really hard to change, maybe even impossible, give me a call on 858 866 8049 and let's have a look and see.  People I work with soar above things they never, ever thought possible and find ways to live that make it feel wonderful to get up everyday and be who they are. You and I can have a chat about what you want to see, do or be differently.   A wonderful life isn't just meant for 'everyone else' - it is meant for you.

Master Mind Groups

Picture
I have one Coaching Mastery Master Mind Group specifically for coaches and health practitioners
(currently I have a waiting list, sorry!)
elese.coit@earthlink.net or use the form above

This is a private master group.  A small, motivated, and powerful cross-section of coaches and practitioners meet every month to continue advancing in their practices and to hold one another accountable for creating extraordinary levels of wellbeing in their own lives as well as making a difference in the lives of others. I organize guest speakers on topics relevant to the group, from practice building to new coaching modalities.  Members of past groups have written books, refocused their businesses, streamlined their practices and rekindled their enthusiasm for what they do.

Admission is by interview.  Not to intimidate, folks, but to ensure there is a great group dynamic.
